My friend and former roommate Maja is going abroad this year, more specifically to Belgium to work with youths, learn new languages and generally just experience new exciting stuff. Her thoughts on the matter can be found on her new blog, http://majaibelgia.blogspot.com/, so far in Norwegian only.
Anyway, good call Maja! I wish more people would take the time to have a look at what the world has to offer before commiting their future to a specific education or profession they haven't really thought through too well. (No offense to those who are very determined about their future at a young age, just to those who bore themselves through an early education they don't want, just to make life hell for future customers, clients and/or co-workers in a profession they hate).
